Worrying makes a person weak and helpless then it is useful to ask for help from any learned person like tutor, mentor, parents or counsellor or whoever seems suitable for asking help in the view of a student. Such learned people provide proper guidance and help with the help of all the knowledge and experience they have. Nobody will judge the student if he/she asks for help because student life is considered to be a time-period of learning and learners deserve help.
